Soft, Softer, Softest . . . Ecoflex™ rubbers are available in several different hardness: Shore A‑5 to 000‑35. They are suitable for a variety of applications including making prosthetic appliances, cushioning for orthotics and special effects applications (especially in animatronics where repetitive motion is required). Ecoflex™ products are also Independently Certified Skin Safe. Ecoflex™ is low viscosity and cures to a very soft, very strong and very "stretchy" rubber, stretching many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion. Ecoflex™ silicone can be used for a variety of skin safe applications including making fast skin safe appliances for special effects and cosplay, cushioning for orthopedic and orthotic devices worn on the body and much more. Ecoflex™ 00-35 FAST can be also be used for lifecasting. Ecoflex™ 00-31 and 00-45 Near Clear™ are very soft, platinum silicone that are clearer than other Ecoflex™ silicones. Versatile and easy to use, they can be color pigmented with SilcPig™ pigments for creating a variety of color effects.

Important: Ecoflex silicones are not compatible with: materials containing sulfur such as clays, latex, condensation or tin silicones, newly cast polyester, epoxy, some types of 3D printing materials and some metal alloys containing tin.
